Flew from Chicago to Florida to pick up my vehicle I was advised the cost of the vehicle was approximately $13,988. When I arrived the dealership advised me there were a additional fees that I needed to pay in order to purchase. Per the documented receipt I would need to pay the following ON TOP of the price. I had a great experience working with Bobby and Alfredo at this dealership. I got a much better price than I was offered at any other dealership. They kept me informed of the status of the delivery. The truck was being washed when I arrived. I spent ten minutes with Kathy, their financial person, who had all paperwork ready to be signed. By the time I was done with Kathy, the truck was clean as a whistle. Alfredo spent time with me in the cab going over everything. Overall, one of the best car-buying experiences I've had.

Don't go here! This place is a rip off. We were told one day a certain price and when my son went to go pick up the car the raised it over $7000. Didn't bother telling him till after they ran his credit and mine. The listed price on the website was less than the numbers they showed him. I have bought many of cars in my life time. Won't stand for a company trying to take advantage of young people. We will take our business else where.

I purchased a 2017 Ram 1500 Rebel. Like most dealers, they have hidden fees that they don't disclose until you are signing the final paperwork. Even with the fees, the prices were not terrible. After completing all the paperwork, I was given my key and sent on my way. I say key because I was given only one key and key fob. You know how bad of a dealer or business it is when they don’t respond to emails, calls and bad reviews. The first thing a good business would do is call you to fix your issue so you would delete the bad review. They just told me a truck with no oil, engine light came on, I had to pay $300 service and there is ā€œnothing the General manager Bobby Collins can do for meā€. He is a thief and I will be making sure Dodge takes a look into this business and their horrific customer service practices.

After confirming the price and details multiple times, I agreed to drive an hour to go see the truck in person and continue the conversation. I have a 2000 Dodge Ram and was told by another garage were it was serviced that it needed a water pump. I stopped at Labelle Dodge they said they had the pump. I made an appointment and ask them to also check the horn and cruise control. I arrived at 10AM and waited until 2:00PM before any feedback. They said there was no leak and they did not have the parts to fix the horn and cruise control. I would like to give a shout out to Mario and the service team at LaBelle Dodge Ram. I have had a problem with my 2019 ram steering rack for two years have brought it to my local dealer here in Naples who were very rude and could not diagnose the problem north even begin to fix it finally I brought it back to Labelle Ram and am truly glad I did. Tony the mechanic assigned to my vehicle could not located the problem immediately but took the time to diagnose and fix the problem. I am truly grateful.

Drove from Naples to look at a car.. Thank goodness I know something about cars. I found the VIN plate inside the driver side door was changed indicating a rebuilt/ salvaged title. No where online did it say anything about that. Had an appointment.. salesman never showed up. Shady won't go back. Dont waste your time.

Sold us a truck from canada with 2700 miles on it. Was told we had full ram warranty. Had issues and found out no warranty. They imported it improper and the bank should not have even given the loan. 4000.00 in repairs and trucks check engine light is still on so I guess their mechanics suck too. Please read their reviews everywhere. They have the best prices because they are schisters

I drove 5 hours 230 miles to buy my truck. They have the best prices in Florida. Got there 40 minutes before they closed. Purchased a new truck in may 2016. I cancelled the extended warranty 3 days later. Confirmed cancellation with the warranty company. Was told the refund would come off the back of the loan. Ok now December 2017 I traded in the truck for a new one and come to find out the bank I financed the vehicle with never received the refund check. I contacted the bank and warranty company and was told to call the dealership to resolve the issue. I call every week and it’s going on 7 weeks with no returned calls or answers. Had this Canadian truck brought in late in afternoon cause it didn't start. One of their guys took us to a motel and showed us around town, pointing out restaurants. First thing next day they replaced the batteries under warranty (2 of them, it's a RAM 2500 diesel), then spent rest of the morning flashing the software (6 updates). Great service, nice people, but sure would be nice if RAM could speed up the software updates. The service advisor, Jay Lineberry, was a great help.

RAM makes a nice truck, service departments must be using home mechanics. xxx. Also, the La Belle location needs some serious service dept reorganize and clean house. Lazy and they could give a F about your time. 3 days and 7 hours waiting for new tires only the have tpms sensor not not installed/tightened, and of course they didn't have time to correct today F Plattners Dodge LaBelle. They seem more worried about their lunch while sitting at the service desk.

Advertise a discounted price that is revealed to include" customer cash" that's not a discount. Sent me their internet listing only to learn there was a typo and that's the wrong price. Advertising no dealer fee only to learn there is a $1,285 "prep" fee. 3 strikes your out. Very deceptive. Sales person seemed embarrassed about the issues when I questioned them.

Not only Tobi and Denix but everyone involved in the process of our car purchase was great. Tobi was very quick to respond to my emails and Denix was very knowledgeable about the car we wanted, took us out for a nice long test drive even though we were already sold. Thanks to Tobi we got what we wanted with no hassel. We tried going to the Jeep Dealer here in Brandon/Tampa. And the sales people just tried to push us into a jeep that wasn't us. Just a note to let you know the Chevy is fantastic. We are really enjoying it. The ride is very comfortable. I was surprised. At first we did not think we would like the tinted windows but as evening drew new it was a for sure item. Joe did't get the glare from the headlights and tailgators that he usually gets.
